Sri Lanka has got three of the Asia’s best golf
courses. Each located in three areas of different altitude and different
climate, offering varied playing conditions.
Royal Colombo Golf Club is at sea level and within 20 minutes drive
from the central city. Over 100 years old, with 18 holes and stretch
over 6000 yards. A well appointed club house built in the colonial
style, ideal for relaxing after a game.
Victoria Golf Club in Kandy a 18 hole and completely different from
the other two courses. It is situated 500 M above sea level, bounded
by the massive Victoria Dam on two sides and surrounded by spectacular
scenery that offers an unforgettable golfing experience.
Nuwara Eliya Golf Club lies in the heart of the hilly tea country
with salubrious climate and it is situated 1040 M above sea level.
The club house was built by nostalgic British planters in colonial
era complete with a fire place besides the bar. This is over 100 years
old. The average temperature is 14 degrees C.
The varying altitudes create an extraordinary playing experience with
some golfers claiming that it is similar to playing in three different
countries.
Even though there are several known areas for white water rafting,
Kitulgala is considered as the ideal and most convenient location.
This is the kingdom of rafters. During this tour you will be based
for rafting, at Kitulgala River Resort. It is in one of the most beautiful
locations of Sri Lanka, built alongside of the “Ing Oya”,
a beautiful river. This is an eco friendly hotel famous for its nature
trails.
During this tour depending your wish, you can select either Golf or
Rafting, or else both. Even you do not engage in rafting, the River
resort – Kitulgala is an ideal place to have a well earned rest
and relax. |

Prices
For families special prices can be obtained by emailing the particulars
of the family. Also different hotels have different children policies,
therefore depending the type of tour, no. of children and their
ages we can give the price.
On certain periods special room rates or compulsory meals are
applicable in certain hotels, therefore these rates are subjected
to be changed, during those periods
e.g. : Christmas week, New year week or New year eve, during month
of April.
