As its name denotes this is a 9 days fun filled tour. In this tour all hotels we have selected are semi luxury hotels. Starting from Dambulla, you will taste a little of culture, You will explore “Sigiriya”, the rock fortress / castle of 5th century.
In Kandy you will get the opportunity to visit the temple of the tooth relic of Budda, royal botanical garden also you will go to see the elephant orphanage – Pinnawela. Next you will be going further up in the hill country to Nuwara Eliya, which is also known as “little England” situated 6700 ft. above sea level.
From there you will visit the Horton Plains ” – Sri Lanka’s highest and most isolated plateau with rare species of flora and fauna. You can see the “Baker’s falls” and “Worlds end” – a terrific escarpment drops vertically for about 5000 ft. Leaving the hill country you will be next going to the beach to have a well earned rest.

Day 1
On your arrival you will be met by a representative of Enjoy Lanka Travels at the airport and transferred to Dambulla and check into the hotel - rest, relax until evening. In the evening you will be taken for an exciting and adventurous elephant ride You have the opportunity to have a complete herbal body massage at a very reasonable rate.

Day 2
After an early breakfast at the hotel, proceed to “Sigiriya” with your trainers on (training shoes) and explore the rock castle belongs to 5th century AD. Sigiriya is a unique combination of 5th century architecture, urban planning, gardening, hydro technology and world famous fresco arts. This is one of the world heritage sites and also the 8th wonder of the world.
Evening you can have a jungle safari to see a lot of wild elephants along with some other animals and birds or enjoy the facilities available at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the same hotel
Day 3
After breakfast check out and proceed towards Kandy and check into hotel Tree of Life. In the evening you can witness a colourful pageant featuring drummers, dancers, acrobats and exciting finale of firewalking.
Kandy is the 2nd largest city also the last kingdom of Sinhala kings. It is the most important city for the Buddhists in Sri Lanka because the temple of the tooth relic of Buddha is in Kandy. Kandy is situated in 1500 ft. above sea level.

Day 4
After breakfast proceed to elephant orphanage – Pinnawela. The elephant orphanage was set up in 1975 with the intention of helping the elephants in distress. Initially they started with 3 babies and now it has expanded up to more than 75. the number often increases. You can also see the limping elephant walks with 3 legs, the old blind elephant, the tiny babies and many more.
Next you will visit the Royal botanic garden-Peradeniya with more than 100 endamic trees and more than 5000 species of trees, plants and creepers together with very rare varieties spread over 147 acres. Next you will visit the temple of the tooth relic. Evening rest, relax, or have a nice cool dip in the pool.

Day 5
After breakfast set off to climb further up to reach Nuwara Eliya where you will do a city tour and see some water falls. Nuwara Eliya which is also known as “little England”, with lots of British colonial buildings, Golf courses and race courses. This is situated 6730 ft. above sea level, the world best quality tea is grown in this area. Check in at Grand hotel – Nuwara Eliya.
Dinner and overnight stay at Leasure village/Alpine. (on HB basis)
Day 6
After an early breakfast or preferably with packed breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to “Horton Plains” – Sri Lanka’s highest and most isolated plateau with rare species of flora and fauna. You can see the ‘Baker’s falls” and “Worlds end” – a terrific escarpment drops vertically for about 5000 ft. After a tired day of hiking you can rest and relax at the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at the same hotel. (on HB basis)
Day 7
After breakfast check out and proceed towards Hikkaduwa beach side leavinh hill country. En route you can see St.Clairs and Devon waterfalls. Also you can see one of the most dangerous professions in Sri Lanka – toddy tapping. Toddy is a mild alcoholic beverage obtained from the coconut tree. Toddy is used to make vinegar, treacle, juggery and strong spirits such as arrack and whisky. Check into one of the semi luxury boutique hotels – Royal beach resort (on HB basis)
Day 8
After breakfast at Aditya you have the option to go for an interesting boat ride at Madu river. You will see a variety of animals, birds and about 62 islands where you will get the opportunity to visit a few. Some are specialized in cinnamon plantation and you can see how they get quality cinnamon out of the tree. Also you can see a rare type of black monkey, you will see the prawn traps and many more.
Have a city tour in Galle and visit the Dutch Fort – Galle, one of the world heritage sites.
Evening rest and relax at the beach.

Day 9
After breakfast depart to the airport for your flight out.
